Ova is sold exclusively online through our website. Additionally, we also have pop-up shops for each collection for in-person shopping. Follow along with us via social media in order to keep up to date on where you can buy your favorite Ova designs!

At Ova, we strive to be as inclusive as possible but are also limited due to our small production runs. Right now we carry XS to 3X and we will continue to expand our sizing with each collection. Our goal is to carry 10 sizes by 2025!

All of our designs at Ova come with a detailed size guide, product dimensions and model sizing in order for you to use as a reference. Additionally, we also use different sized models on our social media so that you can see the full fit and select the size that is perfect for you. Once you place your order, allow for at least 2 to 4 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped from our warehouse in Miami. Once your package is shipped, you will receive email confirmation which will include the tracking details of your order. Learn more about our shipping & returns policy here!

Upon shipping, your package is in the hands of the delivery service. To make sure this process runs smoothly, always double check that your delivery information is correct and to a safe, secure address. Once your Ova pieces is sent to you, all we have is the tracking number which is the same tracking number that is sent to you via email. In order to find a missing packing, contact the delivery service directly about your issue. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping provider. We take exchanges & returns on full priced items within 5 days of delivery. All items must be unworn (with no signs of wear), unwashed with their original tags and packaging.

Due to the nature of our business, Ova designs sell out quickly. Although we ocassionally restock best selling designs, we more than often do not. This is when pre-ordering comes in! If you see a design you love is available for pre-order, that means you can purchase it before we have it officially in stock. This means that your item is guaranteed just for you before it even hits our store. For pre-orders, make sure to check the product descriptions to know when your items will be officially shipped to you. Please keep in mind that these are loose dates and can vary!
