Ova operates on a limited quantity, made-to-order model to ensure intentional production and 100% zero waste. Each collection is available for a short window (around two weeks or until sold out). Once orders close, all pieces are produced specifically for our customers — nothing is made in excess.

Because every piece is made to order, please allow 20–30 business days for production before shipment. Customers will receive email updates throughout the production process so they know exactly when their order is on the way.

Once production is complete, orders ship directly from our Los Angeles studio.

We currently ship within the United States only and offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment via USPS.

The prices that are displayed on our website do not include taxes. Taxes rates will be calculated upon checkout.

Once your order has completed production and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. All orders ship from our Los Angeles studio via USPS with free shipping.

Please note that because all Ova pieces are made to order, tracking information will only become available after the production period (around 20–30 business days) has been completed.

If you have not received tracking information after the estimated production timeframe, please check your spam folder or contact us for further assistance.

Upon shipping, your package is in the hands of the delivery service. To make sure this process runs smoothly, always double check that your delivery information is correct and to a safe, secure address. Once your Ova pieces are sent to you, all we have is the tracking number which is the same tracking number that is sent to you via email.

In order to find a missing packing, contact the delivery service directly about your issue. If your package is missing, please contact the delivery service provider for help.

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

We also offer size exchanges to ensure the best possible fit. Because our pieces are made-to-order in limited quantities, exchanges may take additional processing time depending on availability.

We do not charge our customers restocking or return fees.

If your order is within 48 hours of delivery and is unworn with all original tags, please start your return by contacting us at ovathelabel@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide the next steps to complete your return for a $15 restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued.
