We ship anywhere in the United States and offer free standard shipping on all orders. We also offer paid Priority Express shipping which is a same day to next day shipping if you need your pieces quickly.

We process & ship all orders within 24 hours. Once your package is shipped, you will receive order confirmation via email which will include your tracking information.

Delivery times vary based on location. This is typically between 3 to 5 days. If you need your order by a specific date for a special occasion please make sure to order via Priority Express shipping at checkout!

The prices that are displayed on our website do not include taxes. Taxes and shipping rates will be calculated upon checkout.

Once you place your order, allow for at least 2 to 4 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped from our HQ in Miami. Once your package is shipped, you will receive email confirmation which will include the tracking details of your order.

Upon shipping, your package is in the hands of the delivery service. To make sure this process runs smoothly, always double check that your delivery information is correct and to a safe, secure address. Once your Ova pieces are sent to you, all we have is the tracking number which is the same tracking number that is sent to you via email. In order to find a missing packing, contact the delivery service directly about your issue. If your package is missing, please contact the delivery service provider for help.

We take returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery. All items must be unworn (with no signs of wear), unwashed with their original tags and packaging.

With this return policy, our goal is to reduce carbon emission from shipping returns and to assist you in making smart purchasing decision which reduces the need for returns overall.

If your order has been within 3 days of delivery & is unworn, please start your return by logging into your account or contacting us via ovathelabel@gmail.com with your order number and we will give you more information to complete your return or exchange.
